Born and raised in Italy, Dario Monni has been steeped in the rich Italian food culture from an early age. In his hometown of Venice, Monni learned the art of preparing handmade pasta from his ”nonna“ while listening to stories of his grandfather‘s specialty food store.

At Pink Salt, we are not limited by tradition, rather inspired by it.
Our sauce is balanced and versatile — tangy tamarind and natural palm sugar beautifully coalesce atop a foundation of caramelized shallot and garlic — and stands out from the typical chili oil or crisp.

Four Star Mushrooms is building an integrated food ecosystem through the marriage of controlled-environment and regenerative agriculture. Our brand cultivates premium quality gourmet and functional mushrooms that we distribute directly to restaurants, hotels, caterers, clubs, and grocers across Chicagoland.
